"I’ve been dining at Hoa Bien since the 90’s. They have such good food. I raised my kids eating all different kinds of foods and now it’s a treat when we can all go together. Hoa Bien has ALWAYS been fantastic and has never disappointed except for the time when we literally ran out of table space. There wasn’t enough room for us and all the food we ordered!! Lol!! Great employees, great food I’d recommend them to anyone!! I will say that I miss the old building. There was a coziness that can’t be duplicated and there’s nothing like a cold breeze going thru the little building and being greeted with hot pho to warm your bones!!"

I was underwhelmed by their food. Not a lot of flavor... undersalted. Their pho was pretty good but they don't have chili oil so that's a dealbreaker. Friendly staff though. It's not a restaurant I would personally request to visit again.

I love eating here and the personal! my man and I are masters and they know our commands of heart lol. we go in and they already know what we want! our favorites are the grilled bark udelsalate, egg rolls and spring rolls. many parking spaces.

I love this place I’ve been coming here for at least eight years the food is always phenomenal first snowfall of the year here in Minnesota I had to run to this place and get me a #47 Chicken rice soup without the chicken lol The lemonade the coffee everything is awesome

I was at the restaurant during my lunchtime. After order was made, almost immediately the food was on our table. Everything that we ordered was very fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend everybody to try their Pho and one of their noodle salads. They also have a lunch menu.

hoa bien is one of my favorite restaurants! eating is always delicious, with crispy sweet and tasty sauces. also cheap (especially with lunch specialties), with generous portions. the restaurant is quite quiet and big, so never feels full. the personal is always friendly. Five stars! View menu

The worst Pho ever! Don't recommend!!! Literally 2 half meatball, 2 beef brisket, a bowl full of liquid, and a very small portion of noodles. And this was supoosed to be a combination. I finished less than a minute. I never imagined having to dig on the bottom of the bowl to find barely any noodles. Never eat here again!

I ordered their pork egg rolls as an appetizer, and they were SO good I forgot to take a picture. They came with a delectable dipping sauce as well. I ordered tofu with spicy vegetables, which was also pretty good. I will say I didn’t feel so great later on that evening, but that could have been due to something other than what I had eaten. All in all, I’d still go back again.
