"The pizza was tasty, but the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant seems to be staffed by young teenagers who spent more time chatting and hanging out than attending to customers. While I usually don't mind a casual atmosphere, it was concerning to see that every table was dirty and the bathroom was in poor condition. There was visible dirt everywhere, which raised questions about the cleanliness of the kitchen. We ordered two large pizzas, garlic fries, and drinks, but only received two napkins, which felt inadequate. We probably won't be returning."

The pizza is outstanding, but it's quite pricey. The drinks are also on the expensive side. View menu

The pizza is fresh and tasty, and the restaurant is exceptionally clean. However, I do wish the wait time wasn't 45 minutes. I will definitely dine there again!

We are regular costumers Disappointed with food service today. Were there at bingo tonight. Our group never got food at any near same time despite the bartender -Jessica- who was so helpful. Miss the regular Thursday manager...!

The service was good, the pizza was excellent, and the wings were merely average. However, the atmosphere seemed somewhat concerning because of the activities happening nearby. Overall, I had a positive experience, but I still prefer the location in the west. View menu

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. Considering its location, I guess I shouldn't have had high expectations. The trash was overflowing, which was quite unpleasant to see. The staff at the counter appeared more focused on chatting with their friends than on serving customers. To make matters worse, it took an unbelievable 35 minutes to prepare a 12-inch pizza. If you're short on time, I suggest going for the take-and-bake pizzas they offer; the quality is just as good.

Drove all the way from Indiana to partake in Home Run Inn Pizza dining in with family. First off terrible attitude soon as you walk in the door everyone standing around doing nothing you can tell that no one wanted to work, no one in there. They told meand my family that there is a 2-hour wait on a pizza. It wasn't even 2 hours left before they closed at 10p which further justlet me know that didn't no one in there wanted to finish working their shift they was trying to close at 8:30 p.m. I took myfamily and left that location never to return.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
