"Came here for Saturday lunch and immediately felt unwelcome. The restaurant was empty, and the girl at the register just stared at us from inside while we sat outside—never greeted us or came out. I had to go in just to ask for menus, and even then, she didn’t smile or say a word, just gave a cold, irritated stare like we were bothering her. She stayed on her phone and ignored us, even though we were the only customers there. Eventually, as we got up to leave, she came out and asked—still with a sour face—if we were ready to order. I told her no, we were leaving because her energy was so negative and uncomfortable, it ruined the entire experience before it even began. This type of rude, unbothered attitude makes people walk out. In times like these, every customer counts. If you care about good service and a welcoming vibe, this is not the place. Management should take this seriously—I doubt we’re the first to feel this way. So we ended up going to have lunch next door at “Raffaell’s” delicious Italian Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

Combo 1 is filling and delicious. Combo 2 and 3 are good too. The chorizo nacho is greasy. Overall, I do like this place. There is good value here.

I order from here once a week. They have the best flavored chicken of any Mexican place I’ve found in Queens. The green salsa is good and spicy without being a pallet killer. The red salsa is nice a smokey, which I love in the quesadillas. All the Agua Frescas are fantastic if you have a little booze lying around the house too. View menu

I bought food here for to-go this week while I was waiting, I sat down in one of their chairs. (Nobody was there but me and a few people, there was a lot of empty chairs). I even left a good tip. They didn?t want me to sit down in any of their chairswhile waiting and told me I have to wait on the side. Food is great but service was bad.

I am honestly sad to leave a bad review for this place bc we like the food and have been ordering from here for a long time. But we completely got someone else’s order tonight and when we called, the person on the phone was cold and would do nothing to help bc it was at the end of their night. She told us to call seamless customer service even though it’s their delivery person that messed up and it’s their food and their establishment. It was like talking to a brick wall, she would offer us noting and didn’t care that we spent money on food that we couldn’t eat. Really poor customer service.
