Fantastic restaurant. Great food! Excellent service. Good atmosphere. They have a Gluten-free menu and we're able to address other food allergies as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Ive ordered from here 15 times and eaten here 4 times in the last 4 months and I have had outstanding food and service each an every time. I look for excuses to order from here everyday...hahahaha. Im so happy.

Friendly service, good food, bit pricey. Average strip mall burger/beer joint for an area where pretty much all of them are good. Nothing here sets them apart except maybe how crispy the fries are but you shouldn't be disappointed.

This is the best Hops n Drops we have eaten at. The staff here jave Excellent customer service Very Kind Professional with a great sense of humor! The food is Always Great never have been disappointed in any drinks either! Will Definitely be back to this one, even if it is 2 times farther than my local one!

I visited this restaurant for lunch with a friend and ordered the Buffalo chicken sluice with fries. It was tasty and quite hearty, packed with chicken. The fries were lightly battered and delicious as well. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was excellent, with various staff members attending to our table. Overall, it was a great experience! My husband and I enjoyed our Date Night here, and while the food was great, the service was exceptional! Michelle was outstanding! She took my serious food allergy very seriously. Another wonderful staff member brought my meal and ensured that my allergy was handled with care, explaining the precautions they take to keep me safe. I only mentioned it casually (as I always do), and they went above and beyond to ensure my safety. We love this place and will definitely be returning!

I had an early dinner, and I was impressed with how my ice water was constantly refilled. The staff in the entire restaurant were incredibly friendly! It was clear they worked together as a fantastic team. Usually, I only notice one person when dining out, but here, everyone contributed to a wonderful experience, providing excellent service with smiles all around. I understand now why it's known as the neighborhood gathering spot. The food was served hot and was incredibly delicious and fresh, with just the right amount of sauce on my bun—no soggy bites at all! I can't wait to return!

Love Hops n Drops. So much so, that we went there on a Wednesday after kids sports night, got there at 9 since the hours online said open till 11 pm but it was either already closed for the night or not open Wednesday?s. That?s fine if you?re short staffedetc. But please update your hours. The website didn?t have any hour information posted. We did call ahead to double check but noanswer. We assumed it was just busy since a lot of places were closing up at 9 and usually that brings a good swarm of latenight diners. 5 stars usually though since the staff at this location are always awesome and the food is always solid.
