Overall, we dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $10–20. I would rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

I got a large banana pudding but I thought $9 was way too much for what I received, not much at all. It was okay, but you’re better off making your own banana pudding, not unless u just have the money to splurge.

This is the best BBQ I've ever had! The food was fantastic, and my rib plate was delicious and filling. The loaded baked potato shown in the picture is only partially loaded; it actually comes with even more toppings, some of which we chose to skip. The potato is enormous as well! Incredible experience! Even before I reached the second entrance door, the delicious aroma had me salivating! The staff was exceptional and truly went above and beyond; their warmth was heartwarming. The prices might seem a bit high, but that's typical for downtown. Here, you actually get a much better quality for the price compared to other places in the area.

I made the rookie mistake of sampling a rib on my way back to the hotel, and let me tell you, they didn't make it home! They were so delicious that I tore open the packaging and devoured them while driving down West Street. They are easily the best ribs I've had in years. The sausage was perfectly seasoned and smoked to perfection. The banana pudding was fantastic, and the beet and coleslaw were super tasty as well. The portion sizes were just right, and the prices were very reasonable. I would give this place five stars, but they didn't have wings on the menu, and I still wanted to dive back in for more. I ordered the combo and the wait was definitely worth it!

While traveling for work, I stopped by Howll's BBQ recently and had a really solid BBQ meal. I tried the sliced brisket, pulled pork, coleslaw, and potato salad, and everything was pretty good! The brisket was super tender and had a nice smoky flavor, exactly what you want from good BBQ. The pulled pork was juicy and tasty. I really liked the spicy BBQ sauce they had. The coleslaw was crisp and fresh. The potato salad was creamy and comforting, but maybe a little plain. The vibe of the place was great, and the staff were friendly and on top of things, which made the experience even better.
