"When we approached her at the register to explain that my phone was now sticky and the speaker was malfunctioning, she became extremely defensive and switched to another language. She claimed she only spilled a few drops and then accused me of spilling the rest! What kind of logic is that? She also asked, "What do you want from me?" like we were just trying to get money. All we wanted was to notify her that I would be having my phone looked at and that, if there was any damage, she would be responsible for the repairs. What she didn’t realize is that I speak five languages and understood everything she said, including her frustration over the spill. In the end, they didn't take care of our bill, and we ended up paying $40 for terrible service and a damaged phone. We even spoke with a sheriff who offered advice. My options are to file a small claims case or write a negative review based on his recommendation. This experience was unacceptable. We used to really enjoy this place, but no more. Her behavior toward customers was completely unprofessional and childish."

We discovered this restaurant while staying in Wixom. It's your typical Chinese eatery. I ordered the orange chicken, and while the presentation was appealing, the chicken itself tasted more like old white meat rather than the fresh chicken breast I was expecting. The spring rolls and rice were good, but I was really let down by the chicken.

we usually order online, but the site wasn't working. we called and ordered 3 almond chicken and one sesame chicken with pork fried rice. the website makes substituting fried rice for white rice very simple. over the phone it was lost in translation and we ended up with 4 quarts of pork fried rice. I asked for it to be removed and was told that it was my fault. if my grandson wasn't hungry right then, I would have left all the food there. $38 worth of pork fried rice. never going back.

We typically place our orders online, but the website was down yesterday. I ordered three almond chicken dishes and one sesame chicken, along with pork fried rice. Instead of the pork fried rice I requested, we received four quarts of it instead of white rice. This wouldn't have been a problem with online ordering. When I asked to have it removed from my order, the staff member refused to do so. If my grandson hadn't been hungry, I would have walked away from the entire order. It would have been nice if she could have at least offered a couple of extra egg rolls. We won't be returning.
