"My husband and I waited over 30 mins for food in a restaurant that had 2 other tables. Our server came to our table 3 times and was neglectful to the point where one of the cooks in the back started to wait on the table and bring out food even though there were 4 other servers on floor. When our food finally got to the table you could tell it was under the heat lamps because the plates themselves were hot but the food was beyond cold. The eggs were super rubbery, the hash browns were burnt as well as cold and the bacon was extremely floppy. Also if you're thirsty better get a coffee because they leave the pot with you and is the only way you'll get your drink refilled because they won't refill your water even if you ask."

Our family came by 4th of July week and it was not too busy at all around 11am. Got seated immediately by a nice young gentleman and our server was very nice as well. I did not catch her name but she had blonde hair. The food was delicious and very little waiting.

I ordered the Jr. Chicken Waffles and Funny Face Pancake Combo . My whip cream came melted and runny and my chicken was burnt, when the oil has not been changed in a while. I understand that every wants their stuff fast, but I would rather have quality over anything. Please, Ihop. Do better, especially with the online prices you charge that are different from in-store.
