Somehow with only three tables full we had to wait 15+ minutes to be seated, the food came out fairly quick but was cold… Would not recommend.

we went on a weekday morning, people were well spread out, the waitress was delightful and attentive, the food was good however the crapes were hard around the edges.

It's a IHOP, so food quality is going to be IHOP standard, but the service was fast and attentive, which is the only difference between franchise to franchise. Overall this IHOP is a excellent place for breakfast (I haven't had other meals) and so I highly recommend it.

Ordered online. Showed up 15min later when it said it was ready. Staff at front counter said they didn't have my order after waiting 15min for an answer. After another 10min I was told they found my ticket that was misplaced. Then I waited Another 5min for my food. Received a “sorry for the wait”. yeah I bet
