Yes it's pricey. Yes some of the cookies aren't as good as others. So get the cookies that are delicious!!!We love the peach pie cookies. Delicious and satisfying.

I love how there was a speakeasy at the back. So fun. You do need a password… I overheard someone say it before me. Their birthday cake milkshake was phenomenal. Had to get a bunch of their deluxe cookies home to Canada!

When I came there was only one family in front of me and I was served quickly. It was very clean inside and roomy inside. The cashier was very helpful and patient with me especially since it was my first time.She had white hair at that time, super sweet and I wish I remembered her name because she was awesome. I asked her what cookies were good and she recommended I try the peanut butter. She said she doesn't even peanut butter but she likes that cookie. So I got the peanut butter cookie, s'mores cookie, Brookie, chocolate chip and sugar cookie. It 's a pretty cool place if you 've never been because there 's a secret cookie lab (the only secret cookie lab at any insomnia that you enter through a bookshelf with a secret code (check their IG highlights for the code it changes weekly. The customer service at this restaurant was terrible, and the cookies were only average. I had high hopes when I arrived and the lady at the front was kind, but my experience in the cookie lab was awful. The woman with ginger hair and glasses at the ordering station was extremely rude to me and other customers. My cookie was rock hard and cold, and when I asked for a to-go box, she rolled her eyes at me. When I went back to ask for a new cookie, she was unhelpful and gave me attitude. I absolutely adore the concept of this speakeasy cookie shop, but unfortunately, there were some issues that prevented me from giving it a higher rating. I really enjoyed the password and the door opening experience, and the woman at the front counter played along, which added to the fun atmosphere. However, there was only one person working in the kitchen, resulting in a long wait time for some customers. Despite this, my group was able to place our order relatively quickly. For a first time experience, it wasn’t as expected. (7/18 after 7pm) only seen two other families order during tour visit)First off, walking in you’re not greeted as expected in any establishment.
