"La meilleure pizzeria de Paris, tout simplement. Je n’ai jamais goûté mieux en termes de pizza sur Paris : une pâte excellente, très alvéolée, avec une très bonne texture en bouche, une sauce tomate super bonne aussi. L’entrée de mon ami, une burrata accompagnée d’avocat, lui a beaucoup plu également. La panna cotta avait une très bonne texture, très fondante, et se mariait à merveille avec le caramel. Malheureusement, le service ne suit pas. Tout d’abord, il y a une carte électronique, ce que je ne trouve pas pratique. L'absence de nappe, un service un peu long, voire assez long, et la serveuse a oublié de redonner des couverts à mon ami entre son entrée et la pizza. Si je repasse et que le service s’améliore, je n’hésiterai pas à supprimer mon avis et à donner les 5 étoiles. Je pense que je repasserai, car en termes de pizza, je n’ai jamais goûté mieux."

This restaurant use good products (cheeses, etc.). The service is not so good, tables are not served in the same order than the orders. Too much bread on bruchettas. Good pizze. I thought I had ordered a burrata but in fact it was a full plate of cheese. It's very big for 1.

This pizza place situated in the heart of Paris will not fail to satisfy the appetite of those sophisticated diners who enjoy the authentic Neapolitan pizza. The high quality of ingredients, starting from tomatoes San Marzano and Buffalo Mozzarella, as well as the incrediblybeaay to digest and tasty dough, make this place probably one of the best ones in Paris to eat pizza.
