"The reason this fast food restaurant is getting 5 stars is the service. We went around 10pm. I wish I had the cashier's name... But the woman working the drive through was so friendly, patient, had a warm voice and was just nice. Made us feel good about getting dinner there. The food was hot and fresh. Just what you would expect from a Jack in the Box. Good customer service is getting harder to find. This employee is an asset to the restaurant and hopefully the management will see this and be about to see who we are talking about and praise/reward them accordingly."

I would have given five stars, but after we made our payment, we were asked to pull forward out of the drive-thru lane to wait a bit longer. Thankfully, the wait time was shorter than at McDonald's.

Three months ago, I had a negative experience with a girl who was quite rude. However, I decided to give the restaurant another chance because I really enjoy their hamburgers. This time, I was assisted by a light brunette girl with honey-colored eyes, and she was absolutely wonderful. I hope she's always there because I really appreciated her friendly service!
