Terrible service. I waited 45 minutes without even placing my order because the staff was too busy chatting! I won't be returning. It's ridiculous and disappointing that they can't do their jobs properly. Service: Takeout Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

This is the third time within a week I have ordered a ultimate bacon cheeseburger only to receive a ultimate cheeseburger because your employees are too lazy to cook the bacon... They throw another Patty on there to try to make up for the lack of bacon.... Very unsatisfactory.... If I do choose to eat at this location again it will be too soon.... Service: Take out View menu

I had an utterly unacceptable experience at this restaurant. I waited in the drive-thru for 40 minutes! The night staff was terrible; the person taking my order was extremely rude, constantly giving us the total after each item, which made us feel rushed. I ordered 20 tacos, and they hardly had any meat and forgot the cheese! They also didn't include any taco sauce. Even inside, they forgot our drinks, egg rolls, and fries. I visited JNB last night, and much like my previous visits, I initially thought they were closed! To my surprise, I soon realized they simply weren't turning on the outdoor lights. With no lights on, it really felt like no one was home, which might be why fewer customers were stopping by. When I overheard the employees discussing it, I got confirmation! The food was good, but the lack of attention from the staff was disappointing—maybe they just need some training or a reminder of where the light switch is!

I'm a nightime regular (for 8 yrs now). At 2:00AM this morning I drove through but there was no attendant yet two employee cars were present. Being familiar with the night crew I was concerned so knocked on the glass, honked my horn and circled the store a few times. For the 20 mins I was there, there were numerous customers trying to get their attention but to no avail. I only have a limited amount of time for lunch and with Jack being the only option at that hour it's frustrating. Wasting time gas is not something I'm fond of. View menu

The food was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5, particularly the burger which I highly recommend. The service was also impressive, matching the food with another 4 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere was decent, though it could use a little more charm, hence a rating of 3. Overall, a great place for an affordable meal!

Unfortunately, the manager didn’t seem to know how to process the refund and appeared upset that we requested one. The young man working with her also seemed to lack training and professionalism. It was shocking to see this level of service from a restaurant associated with the Jack brand. Our experience was incredibly unsatisfactory, and I was disappointed in the entire team’s performance that night. When we asked for the manager's name, she refused to provide it, especially since they were unwilling to issue a refund receipt initially. Tried getting food at 6:40am. Lights were on but sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes before circling to the window. Saw 2 ladies walk by and both looked at me but neither came to the window. I waited a few more minutes and circled back to the order board. Waited again and still no answer. Tried the front door but it was locked even though it said the dining room opened at 6am. Circled back around again to the window. By this time there were 4 other cars trying to order. Saw the same 2 ladies again so I waved them over and they just walked by again.
