"Fried Snapper looked like shiny, greasy, petrified Chinese deep fried egg roll when it was delivered to our table. End of day deep fryer oil that needed to be changed at least twice during day. Tasted like it looked! Could have been any white fish and probably started out frozen not fresh. Cole Slaw was tasteless. Fries were great. My wife’s brisket was nothing to write home about. Thank you to server guy for snagging last piece of chocolate cake! Great server! If we had just come for dessert we would have given 5 stars. My advice, frying fish is pretty basic. I grew up in upstate N.Y. on fried haddock. I am still in search of its equal here on West coast. Still looking and tasting after 40 years"

"I got the AINA PACK and it was really good, a lot of different flavors and proteins and not to mention the two sides. The only thing was when I got to my salmon katsu I stopped(towards end of my meal) as only parts of it were cooked and the thicker pieces were crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside , as the salmon was not evenly cooked , but just warmed. I’d definitely give it another shot, but will try it as dine in so I can ensure my entire meal can be eaten in one sitting as intended I’ll only eat raw fish or fully cooked no in between (warm). That’s why I’m doing 3 stars for now."

"The owner's name is Sang, and she is absolutely amazing! I can't believe a great Chinese restaurant has finally returned to FG – hallelujah! My favorites include the BBQ pork fried rice, some of the best garlic chicken I've ever tasted, as well as the cashew chicken and the subgum almond chicken (be sure to ask for brown sauce on one of the last two). They are great at accommodating special requests, like taking out certain ingredients (I’m allergic to onions) and offering substitutions for them. The woman who helped us (I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name) was incredibly sweet and always friendly. Even my sister enjoyed the laughs when we were trying to place our order the other night!"

"This restaurant has great potential, but their service is too inconsistent. I ordered eggs over-easy through DoorDash, and when they arrived, the yolks were clearly broken during cooking, resembling poorly scrambled eggs instead. Earlier in the week, I ordered two traditional plates with an extra side of potatoes for takeout. When we opened them, we found there were no extra potatoes. I called to inform them, and they insisted they had included them, becoming annoyed when I said they were missing. They promised to refund the difference but never followed through. The girl I spoke with was already frustrated and argumentative from the start, and I didn’t even receive an apology. Mistakes happen, but they need to take responsibility and resolve them. The photo below shows what they consider their traditional plate along with the extra side of potatoes."
