"I love the atmosphere and vibe of the downtown Jalapenos location. I like to kick things off with a cup of their distinctive chicken tortilla soup. It’s a hearty soup featuring a wonderful mix of stringy cheese, tender avocado, shredded chicken, and crispy tortilla strips. Their margaritas are consistently excellent, and my chicken quesadilla was wonderfully simple yet delicious. Our server was genuinely warm and friendly, providing outstanding service throughout our visit."

We came here on a Friday night and we didn’t have to wait very long at all to be seated. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I ordered Tacos Al Pastor- the food portions are so generous! I took leftovers for sure home.

The Owner's Special Arroz con Camarones is some of the best Mexican food we've had in a long time. The chips and salsa are fantastic! It took a little while for our order to be taken, but the delicious food and friendly, attentive service more than made up for it. To be fair, we had just finished a 10-mile hike, so it may not have actually taken that long; it just felt that way at the time.

My wife ordered the ribeye tacos, which were enjoyable, although the meat could have used more seasoning, making the corn tortillas overpower the flavor. I had the beef Chipotle enchiladas, and they were quite tasty with a generous portion. We couldn’t finish our meals, and we will definitely be returning.
