"This place has so much potential. It doesn’t know if wants to be a cafe, restaurant, or bar scene. I chose it only for its convenience to the Pantages before we caught Hamilton. We walked in the main door on the street level and were told we could eat downstairs in the cafe or upstairs in the bar area. We chose upstairs only to find out out there was no table service and you had to order your food at the bar and the bartender would wave at you when your order was ready so you could bring it to your table. The food? Meh."

The service at this restaurant was exceptional. Besma (apologies for not knowing the exact spelling) was charming, attentive, and friendly. The pasta dishes were delicious, especially the farmers market pasta. The bread and mozzarella were fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this is not just a coffee shop, but also serves really good food. The restaurant offers single tables and communal tables, and is located at the base of a hotel. I would definitely come back again!

Food quality was ok but the service was really bad. Poor people working there had to deal with many clients, waiting time was very long as there were not enough people in the service. There was no flexibility outside of the menu. When we tried to ordereggs for our little one after breakfast time, we were told that no breakfast items are served anymore and all eggs are alreadystored away. Menu card changed during our stay and selection got smaller. Not very impressive, especially since prices are in ahigher category.
