"My job travels me nation wide and Jason's Deli has always been one of my favorite eating spots until I ate at this one!!! This location appears to me to have a greedy unprofessional management who admittingly practices over charging their customer's!!! I even called the manager over the phone to discuss my bill he agreed I was right and also agreed to refund me my total cost for my food but moments later when I arrived he decided to instead give me the difference for the over charged amount!! When I explained to the manager, Ptrick, he just had me drive 19 miles on my off day with expectations of a full refund that he promised over the phone he just shrugged his shoulders!! Also I noticed unlike the many other Jason Deli's I've eaten at the vegetables on the salad bar wasn't as fresh which leads me to believe this management is cutting corners every way possible!!! I was excited to have one close to where I'll be working but after this experience they'll never get another dime of my money!!!! On the photo you can clearly see the sign says a half sandwich with salad bar visit $8.59 but they automatically are being coached by management to charge an extra $1 for a side salaf!!! Ridiculous and sneaky!!!!"

Salad bar choices are good and sandwiches are great. Staff need an attitude adjustment especially the red head guy making the food, watch him, he wipes his nose on his glove and goes back to making the food. This is a great place for most every occasion. The staff is friendly and helpful. The toilets are clean and in good shape. I usually get the salad bar or chicken alfredo. The chicken here is particularly large and the salad bar has a wide choice of options. They also offer free ice cream, so this is a wonderful place for children and grandparents, as this often attracts them.

Well.... Used to love this place. Then just like everywhere else they lose sight of customer service. First. The girl at the point of sale was lost. Second. She messed up the order multiple times. Third. When the food came she forgot some of the things so I had to stand in line again. Fourth. After standing in line again they lost the slip so nobody made the food. Then looked at me crazy when I went back to the counter 29 mins later with a buzzer and my receipt Needless to say the Jason's Deli in Pt Charlotte Florida isn't very good. So that being said go somewhere else if you enjoy good customer service

I finally got around to trying this place and simply ordered one roast beef sandwich, when the young lady took my order she seemed a little confused making me repeat my order and needed help at one point new hire? Anyway as I drove to work with my sandwich I just knew something would be wrong but I was in a hurry and tried to think positive. When it was time to eat I unwrapped it and sure enough my sandwich was totally dry even though I asked for mayo twice.
