"I will never have your business do a delivery again as a hour later after our pizzas were suppose to be there we had to call and find out why we hadn’t had our pizzas yet. They said that the pizzas have been cooked etc and sitting on the counter for about a half hour and that they were waiting on the delivery guy to pick them up and that it could take about 45 minutes to get them. We’re located on the acme road in brewer and that there’s no excuse. We had one of us go and get the pizzas and they never even offered us anything for the inconvenience. If I owned that business I would’ve refunded the money and at least had hot pizzas etc for everything. I will never get anything from your business again and have told others about our experience with your business. It’s to bad as your pizzas are very good but our experience wasn’t!!!"

Pretty good! Wait time is about 30 mins on a week night, about as good as it gets for a small business! Super nice staff who work fast. I'm personally preferential to Portland Pie's pizza, but the rest of my family likes Jason's.

The pizza was dense and lacked flavor, and the inattentive staff seemed to be unproductive. Both locations in Bangor and Brewer had the same issues, with food preparation taking an excessively long time. I did not feel comfortable during my visit at all. I will not be returning.

I've sampled every pizza restaurant in the area, and by far, these guys serve the best New York-style pizza! The service is outstanding as well. Plus, they've recently started delivering to Brewer homes, which is a fantastic bonus. All I can say is you absolutely have to try their pizza—it won't let you down. You’re going to love it! My husband stops here every once in awhile, especially if we cannot decide on what to dine and time passes quickly. Every once in awhile, the order is not exactly correct, but with the steady flow of traffic, it's understandable. Some times parking can be an issue, as well as trying to just get into the parking area depending on traffic. They do have delicious chocolate-covered toffee, which I told my husband to stop buying.

Ordered 4p.m. doordash delivered about 45 min. Later , pizza missing from order when I called the guy said (my bad). Did not offer anything for the inconvenience. 2 hours later Bailey the mgr. On duty called back and stated they would not be able to due anything because doordash issued a refund. I stated that was fine what I was upset about was nothing was offered to be done 2 hours prior now that someone went with out their meal and not even an Im sorry. She stated she offered to remake it but that was an hour after the original call to find out what happened, very disappointed in the so called customer service and the managers representation of Jasons pizza.
