"The service we received from all the hostesses and waitstaff was outstanding, but unfortunately, the food itself was mostly just mediocre. My boyfriend ordered a steak cooked medium, but it was served rare. I found my scallop entrée to be on the small side—I received four scallops with some dressings, which felt insufficient. Throughout the meal, we enjoyed wine pairings with each course. However, the evening took a turn when, at dessert, our server brought us a wine pairing. At that moment, a man who seemed to be a manager or owner publicly reprimanded her for making a mistake in serving us the wine. This incident was quite unprofessional, especially since it occurred in front of other customers. To add to our disappointment, we noticed him returning to the bar twice to drink while on the job. Due to this experience, we will not be returning to Cork and Table."

"I always order salad and 2 California rolls. And some soup. I recently prdered 2 sides of spicy mayo and 2 sides of eel sauce. When i get there to pick it up, none were in the bag. I ask for some, but they give me some with only a sppon of sauce inside. I ask for more sauce. They supposedly put more in, but it was still not even half full. So, i ask the woman to fill the cups generously. She says that i have to pay for more, so i agree. I hand her my card but she declines. Then, she starts to argue with me and insists on telling me that i can only get one cup of sauce. Yet, i offered to pay for the extra AND i bought 2 California rolls. What is wrong with this picture folks? Bad customer service."

"Fondue dining was a first for us! Our waiter had to explain a lot but did so with grace and patience explaining every detail. It was an enjoyable experience with massive amounts of food. We enjoyed the four course option with a variety of meats beef, chicken, salmon, shrimp. As we cooked them at the table, we have no room to complain. After one try we got it down and it was great fun. We selected a spicy starter cheese fondue with bacon. The description sounded a lot better than the reality. It was fine, just barely a hint of bacon flavor and not spicy at all. Our salads were fine with fresh ingredients and tasty dressings. Desert was included but we couldn't even finish the main course, so we took it home and have since enjoyed a chocolate delight with fruit for dipping. We ordered the wine special at for a bottle of Chilean Cabernet. It was better than expected for the price"

"Make sure you make reservations for larger parties. They do not have online reservations you have to call. Server was great, very helpful, knowledgeable and personal. She made the experience wonderful and unique. She had so many suggestions, never had to prompt her. Only feedback was that dishes needed to be cleared away sooner. They sat for a while. She took our drink orders quickly, split up our bill correctly, and our food was brought out in a somewhat in a timely manner. The sushi bar took a little bit longer to get our food, which did not allow us to eat all together. My feedback to the food is that it should all come out at the same time. As far as social distancing was concerned, my feedback is that table should not be sat right by the hostess stand. There’s a lot of traffic right in that area due to go ordering, guests checking in, or people having questions. I would advise to seat them further away from the host stand and close that area."

"We had lunch at Tito's yesterday, a Monday and a federal holiday, which meant that most of the other local places were closed. It also meant that there was a bit of a rush of customers and only one waitress on staff. Still, we were seated immediately (in a large, comfortable booth and the hostess brought our little one a coloring page and crayons (the triangular ones! We were then greeted immediately by our waitress, a lovely blonde woman with such a pleasant demeanor who got our drink order and took a moment to converse with the little one and make her feel relaxed and comfortable, and making us feel like family. The waitress went above and beyond. She addressed the little one by name and they exchanged little jokes, and she was so encouraging when my girl was trying to order her own meal. Honestly, we never noticed any delay and we looked forward to our encounters with this waitress whose visits felt more like fun than business. The waitress brought little one's food first which is very astute. You can probably guess that the drink was in a lidded container; also smart. And on top of all of this, our food was SO delicious! The bacon was perfectly crisp and the cinnamon bun pancakes... WOW! The cinnamon was cooked to this delicious crunchiness. Trust me, you do not need syrup! We had such a great time there that my whole family was just so relaxed. The little one actually ate all her food without any argument or prompting, and we all left completely happy despite the gray, drizzle-y day. We were the most joyful people in CP afterward and spent some time shopping and purchasing from local businesses, all because of the infectious joy of this absolutely lovely person and the great time we had at Tito's."
