"I had been sent off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there, the hostess didn't confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 price difference. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which it came off like), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience.

As always, the highlight of the meal was the prime rib. That's the main reason I occasionally stop for dinner at Jerico's. The blue cheese salad dressing is so-so and tastes like it comes out of a glass, but the wine portions are quite generous, although the wine list is pretty dated and conventional. And at 77, I just have to have qualified to reach the minimum age for entry! Still, the prime rib is the best in town.!

Went to lunch w a client. There is something I like about this old school streak house w Nebraska memorabilia all over the walls. If you like this type of atmosphere you should try Jerico's. The lunch prime rib is a great value. It comes w a soup or salad which I got the salad. I asked for medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. I will be back because I don't want to see another old school Omaha steak house close like so many have in the last couple years. The food was very good. However, the service was not. It took a while for someone to greet us at the host station. Once greeted, we sat and then it took over 5 minutes for our waitress to contact us. We discussed getting up and going somewhere else when she got to our table. We ordered drinks and the wait began. We could see our drinks at the bar but again it took forever for the waitress to bring them to us. Overall, the only salvation for us that night was the food. It was very good. I had the prime rib and it was tops. I will try this again but was disappointed with the overall result mainly because of the lack of service.

Jerico's has been our point of contact for special occasions for years. Unfortunately, this time has not fulfilled all of our previous experiences. Usually the fillets (Knight's Cut) are incredibly tasty and tender. This time they were barely seasoned and had to be sent back to reach the medium kitchen we requested. This information was shared with both the hostess and our server. While the hostess offered to put another steak on the grill, we didn't want that as it would have been wasteful as we wouldn't be able to eat it then and we couldn't eat it home in time.
