Unfortunately this 3 Michelin star restaurant did NOT meet expectations. The “Wagu” was the chewiest meat I had ever tried to eat. And I having NYC rats of the sky (pigeon/squab) was absolutely disgusting. Also wasn’t too impressed with some of the other dishes. The best was the bread and mashed potatoes. I recently dined here for dinner, and I have to say, the food was absolutely exceptional — a perfect score of 5 out of 5! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. The service was equally impressive; the staff was attentive and friendly, making for a delightful dining experience, also earning a solid 5 out of 5. However, the atmosphere was a bit lacking, scoring a 3 out of 5. While it was comfortable, it didn’t quite have the inviting ambiance I had hoped for. Overall, a fantastic evening thanks to the outstanding food and service!

This could very well be the best meal of my life. Just WOW! From the moment they welcome you in and sit you down to the moment you leave, every thing is orchestrated in perfect timing. Honestly there are no words to describe the magnificence of the food, from the table-side butter service, the bread cart, ossetra caviar, foie gras, the Wagyu, the mashed potatoes were like nothing I’ve eaten before, to the last drop of amazing French wine, absolutely every dish was luxurious, every dish was perfection! I had the pleasure of dining at l'Atelier on Friday night, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Although it has received a Michelin review only once in Las Vegas, it's clear that they continue to offer cuisine worthy of a star. Diners can choose from a seasonal tasting menu with around 10 courses, a 4-course tasting menu where you pick your selections, or a regular à la carte menu. I recently dined at this incredible restaurant for dinner, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. With a meal costing over $100 per person, I was expecting excellence, and that's exactly what I got. The food was a perfect 5 out of 5. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.
