"To start, this restaurant introduced me to what I believe is called sesame beef. I ordered egg foo young, rice, and sesame beef, intending it to be a meal for two. However, what I received was just one piece of egg foo young, some rice, and a portion of sesame beef that was completely dry, without any sauce — essentially just dry beef chunks. They mentioned that a refund for this order is in process, but it really spoiled our meal for the entire evening. Simply offering to refund the item we actually wanted and sending a nearly vegetarian meal for one is not acceptable. They should have prioritized sending the complete order. I won’t be coming back."

John’s went above and beyond with their customer service! They opened up for us because we arrived a few minutes after closing, let us order and brought it out to our car! Amazing. I will Keep coming back for this type of service for sure.

Food was decent. A few mix ups with our order. But the waitress was new so I get it . Probably better for drive thru service. Super small and not very good inside appeal. Very small and tight feeling. I had chicken broccoli, crab puffs. Kiddos had sweet and sour chicken. It came with the sauce on it tho. And French fries lol pretty decent they said.

Horrible customer service. Was told my order would be ready at 6pm. I got there at 6:05pm and was told it would be ready “whenever” very rudely by the girl at the drive-up window. I told her I couldn’t wait for “whenever” and she said it was too bad and I would have to wait for whenever it gets done. I couldn’t believe it. I chose to not wait for “whenever” and left. They’re not worth it if they’re going to be so rude. They are not the only Chinese food in town.
