"A very dear friend of mine chose this restaurant for our annual meal back in 2014. I promised the owner I would share a positive review, but for years I struggled to remember its name. I enjoyed the Joseph burger combo (without cheese, of course, since it's a kosher restaurant) along with some delicious steak fries. I would definitely go back. What made this visit truly special was that I came out as transgender to my friend during the meal. I waited until nearly the end because I didn’t want our time together to focus solely on me. She reassured me that I could have told her anytime, and it wouldn’t have mattered. Sometimes, the best memories aren't just about the food, but about sharing a meal and having meaningful conversations."

This was the worst shawarma I've ever had. There were only a few small pieces of chicken, and the yellow sauce was not tasty at all.

Please consider changing the person handling phone orders. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to place an order for two burgers and a chulent.

One of my favorite places in Brooklyn! They really take great care of their customers, and the food is absolutely delicious! I can't wait for our next visit! View menu

The Shawarma Wrap was enjoyable and well-made. While the meat could have been seasoned a bit more boldly, it was still quite tasty. As with many things nowadays, the price is on the higher side, but I would definitely order it again as an occasional treat.

Indulgent food, for sure! The juicy burgers are perfect for late-night cravings. The guy behind the counter is pretty good-looking too. Honestly, the prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and I always leave feeling satisfied and a little indulgent.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I usually order from the Coney Island and Ave P location, but since they weren't available, I decided to try this one instead. They were stingy with the sauces, the fries weren't as good as usual, and they didn’t provide any utensils. While the food itself was decent, my overall experience was ruined. View menu

This is a great place to get a burger. When by with a friend and had a double patty burger with one regular patty and one spicy patty, you can then add any of the sauce options that you would like. The food took about 10 minutes to come out but was prepared efficiently. The fries were good and warm. The staff was nice and the place was very clean. The overall rice for 2 burgers and the 2 fries was $50. A bit pricey but worth going to.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
