"One of the worst experiences ever. I'm extra patient these days with any service related business as it's difficult to get people to work these jobs. But it should never take a half hour to get through the drive-through with only 4 vehicles in front of you. But I was a passenger at the mercy of my brother who wanted to see it through. I would have bailed after 10 minutes. But you'd think with all that time everything would have been perfect. Far from it. Old and cold fries, my brother's soft drink was only seltzer water because the syrup flavoring had run out and they didn't bother to change it and they couldn't even see fit to put napkins in the bag. No apologies or explanation for why a full crew took so long. I'm moving to the area from the valley and I know where I will not be getting chicken."

Had to update this review because the quality here has been terrible the last 2 times we've eaten there. Both times didn't have enough of the type of chicken to complete a 10pc bucket, the biscuits were hard as a rock and the chicken tasted old(? And the soda was completely flat. Anyway, won't go again.

KFC has good food. Her fried chicken is good, her Mac and cheese is good, her biscuits are fantastic, but where I think they are real Excelling is her specially seasoned pommes. That's the BOMB! I prefer her about almost any other kind of freak. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they often run out of things like Mac and Cheese. Make sure to go early a day for better chances. Besides, KFC is great.
