Been there twice in 2 months and they've gotten our orders wrong both times.

No more fried chicken available! The Colonel must be rolling over in his grave.

The place was clean Friday and the draff were nice and Clean as well, totally different experience than I had a couple weeks ago

I was shocked to see a Taco Bell merged with a KFC restaurant in 1 building and made to order at the same counter. I could order a taco or chicken standing there. nice a must try...A+

The food is usually good. The service is always slow as hell! It does not matter if they are busy or not it always takes forever. Yesterday it took 40mins to get our order! 40mins!! That’s insanely unacceptable. View menu

Most of the crew is awful and rude and you can clearly tell that no one wants to be there. The last several times we have gotten food here, almost half our food is either wrong or missing. My food was cold and not even half the normal amount that it should have been. I got a Mac and cheese bowl to share with my child and received cold mac and cheese and it was the amount that u would get in a small side and used a few extra pieces of chicken to hide the fact that there was hardly any mac and cheese, as well as the fact that my chicken tasted stale and like it was reheated.

Chicken is greasy but it's standard KFC fare. Not a fan of the famous/mac bowls as they are full of starch and minimal chicken....the tenders are good but severely overpriced for what it is. Nuggets (new! are mostly breading but honestly probably the best value. I'd rather get Governor's fried chicken (it's cheaper and tastes better or Pizza Huts chicken bites.....again, cheaper and better taste. I like KFC once in a while, but it's just not a value when they charge restaurant prices for fast food.Vegetarian options: It's KFC. It's chicken.They did have beyond tenders for a short while but nit anymore.

What a disgusting service!I waited 1 hour in thru so that in the end they didn't have chicken, really KFC? You don't have chicken!!! In addition, when I ask the worker why not take into consideration those of us who are in line. That way we could just leave without having to wait. The employee comes out with an attitude. I called the store and ask for the supervisor and a certain Charlie answers and I explain to him what happened and I suggest that when that happens he sends a worker to notify the line so people can leave without wasting time.
