Once home, I discovered I was Missing a mashed potato, and a Cole slaw. Chicken had no taste, and the originalhad dark colored breading dripping in dark overused fryer grease. Workers paraded in and out, unusual bunch. Screaming comingfrom the back kitchen area, and One worker loudly shouted, ?I guess I?ll have to go to the bathroom at Walmart!? Never again."

Forgot gravy and paid for 6 sauces paid extra for cheese sauce didn't get any of it.

They consistently struggle to get the entire order correct... it's quite disappointing.

The coleslaw didn't taste the same; it was served so cold that it even had ice in it, and the dressing lacked that sweet creaminess I normally enjoy. View menu

The chicken has definitely gotten better and is much more tender now. I still love the mashed potato bowls! As for parking, it’s conveniently located right at the entrance of the restaurant, and there are plenty of spots available for customers.

Sent my husband to get a dinner. This is what they gave us 4 small pieces that should not even be in adult dinner. The spoon was larger. O by the way they gave us no napkins or spoon or ranch. They are not friendly. Will stick with DQ. Better food and service.

I ordered the new snack wraps last week. The snack wraps were sooo tiny. I'd rather go to Sheetz or Burger King, next time. Also, I ordered a classic wrap as well as one with Mac n cheese. I can't believe I paid almost 10 bucks for one meal for hardly any food, and not even the correct product. Shame on you, KFC. I will not be ordering again any time soon.
