"First impressions: The restaurant is much smaller than I anticipated, seating about 12 people (I couldn't count exactly). There isn't a waiting area (at least not that I saw), and the parking is limited, making it quite busy. It has that unassuming vibe, where the appearance may not be appealing, but you just know the food must be good. Surprisingly, it's very clean, which contrasted with my initial expectations. The service was excellent. I didn’t catch the server’s name, but she was attentive right from the start. Even though I was out of sight, they managed to remember our orders and ensured our drinks were always full while making sure we had everything we needed. The place is famous for its breakfast burrito, so I opted for the burrito filled with bacon and topped with half green chile and half gravy. The first bite was a pleasant surprise; I wasn't expecting so much crispy bacon. That was definitely a highlight! The green chile was also spot-on. As for the gravy, while it was good, I wouldn't choose it next time. Next visit, I’ll stick with just the green chile for my burrito. The portion sizes are generous, and while they do offer smaller sizes, I really don't see the point. The food is fantastic—not too greasy or bland. I can't say whether the ingredients are high quality, non-GMO, gluten-free, etc., but honestly, I don’t care as long as it tastes great, and it really does. As a bonus, you even get a sticker and candy with your meal! In summary: Great service and food, but limited seating and parking. Be prepared to wait outside in your car."
