"I when there on president day and the person at the counter took my order and toll me to wait 15 to 20 minutes i when there after 20 minutes and find out that my order wasn’t never summit and I had to wait another 20 minutes,I find that unprofessional from them and the old lady sounds rude and the blonde girl at the counter need to pay more attention when she takes peoples order,because of people like that’s working in a good place make things look bad ,in order words don’t give bad image to the business by not doing your job right."

Yesterday, I dined with my family at a restaurant I've known for a long time and have always enjoyed. However, yesterday I ordered the "arroz chaufa de carne," and the meat tasted spoiled. What you may not realize is that serving poor-quality meat puts both the customer and the establishment at risk due to the lack of proper food safety measures.

The food and atmosphere are wonderful, but some of the servers, particularly the waitstaff, exhibit unpleasant and arrogant attitudes. This needs to be addressed because if the owner doesn’t make changes, customers may not return. Some servers don’t even greet you with a simple "hello" or "welcome." It feels as though they assume you already know what you want. Owner of La Caravana, please take care of this issue!
