"♪ On holiday around here, based on reviews and tastes, we chose this place to dine in August. The outside would go a little improved and put more order also inside. We arrived a few minutes in advance, but the staff welcomed us very well and said to wait a few minutes to finish the preparations. They made us sit outside, in the very pretty courtyard. They bring us the menu and the wine card. Obviously we want to eat meat and in addition to water we take a bottle of Nebbiolo Blangheur wine and I ask if it was fresh 16-18 degrees) and very kindly brings us a cold bottle so as not to heat the wine. As a starter we take a Rustico €12,00) composed of mixed meats, pecorino and bruschette and a bar to the knife of fassona €8,00. In the time that we are served the dishes bring us a saucepan with pieces of focaccia and dried sausage as well as the basket of bread with artisanal grissini. The sausage is as good as the focaccia and they accompany very well with the chosen wine. The appetizers arrive and are very pleasant to see....but the palate is delicious. The meats, both the raw ham and especially the colonnade lard are delicious, excellent. Very good also salami and pecorino dadini. The raw phenol meat is of an indescribable freshness, a delicate but very appreciated taste to my palate. For second a Madame la piemonteisa €35,00 Kg) and a cut of stone €19.00). What can I say....WOW.... fantastic meat, cooked to perfection, tasty, exceptional. On the palate you feel very well the difference of the two types of meat, but I guarantee that they are delicious and of high quality. We also take a sweet Watermelon Carpaccio with vodka and berries. Very good and fresh fruit served with a lemon ice cream ball and fresh mint that cleaned the palate. At the end they also offered us two very good grappas. Total cost of the wonderful dinner €92,00, discounted €73,60. I was very pleased not to find additional cover costs. In conclusion, magnificent dinner with excellent dishes and raw materials. Very kind and helpful staff. Arrived at 20.00 we ended at 22.00 living fully every moment of the evening. Moreover all staff respected the rules for covid-19 and other very welcome thing was in the bathroom. To dry the hands there were disposable fabric towels and also toothpicks avoiding embarrassment to the table. Local that I absolutely recommend. To try!!! CONCLUSION: attentive and kind staff with great food. Very good value for money."

"All the food was delicious, and the portions very generous. It was a real effort to get through antipasti (I had mussels alla livornese, son in law had vitello tonnato, wife braised squid); primi (son in law had agnolotti in a butter sage sauce, daughter and I had some strange gnocchi like pasta cooked in melted cheese ravioles looked like a misleading name! and wife had gnocchi in melted raschera sauce; and large secondi (by then we were regretting having ordered so much). I had pork tournedos cooked in a calvados sauce, son in law a steak, daughter veal, and wife orata cooked with frutti di mare. The grandchildren were unable to finish either their pasta or their chicken main course. But they still had room for ice cream, and so we dutifully had a pudding too. With 2 litres of water, two bottles of wine, soft drinks, and coffee, a reasonable €215 . We 'll go again."
