"I’ve been going to La Madeleine for years and have always loved it. Recently we placed an order for pickup at this location and when we got home, the pesto pasta had no pesto sauce on it, the potato galette had no seasoning and was not fresh and I didn’t receive the croutons and chives for my soup. It was disappointing because we were hungry and they were closing within the hour and we were not going to drive 30 mins back for them to remake it. I called and spoke to the manager Callie and sent her an email showing the pictures and my receipt. She apologized for the inconvenience and wanted to make it right so she sent us gift cards to use in the future. She said she would be communicating the issue with management and the prep team so they can make sure not to make this mistake again."

I recommend the “Strawberry Nutella Crêpe”. One order (entree/meal) has two crêpes but If you really hungry, order two of them.

This was my first time taking my husband to the restaurant. We both ordered the French Dip and Caesar Salad, and we absolutely loved it. The place was clean, and the service was excellent.

The place needs cleaning, especially the floors. The offers of the dishes presented in the window are ugly. The mushroom soup was terrible and I could only taste. The workers are friendly. I don't want to go back. I always went to La Madeleine 10001 Westheimer Rd and it's different! Food: 2/5

The quality of the food has really tanked. I came here yesterday and ordered the same thing I order every time; the chicken salad sandwich and potato soup. The potato soup literally tasted like water and a scoop of powder-based, bag mashed potatoes.And as far as the sandwich, I've tried better from the HEB deli, not to mention it was a lot smaller than usual.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the curbside pickup was lightning fast. The food was delightful! I ordered a custom six-pack and picked butter croissants, almond croissants, and chocolate croissants, along with ham and cheese croissants. The ham and cheese ones were packed with filling! The restaurant was not crowded when we arrived. The person that took our order was friendly and helpful and answered the questions that we had. We easily found a booth and our food was served within minutes. We ordered kids pizza, four cheese grilled cheese, pesto pasta, tomato soup, chicken Riveira, Nutella and strawberry crepes, and lemonades. All of the food was exceptionally good. The food was fresh, prepared well, and very tasty. The avocado in the chicken Riveira sandwich was more than sufficient and the four grilled cheese sandwich was amazing. The crepe was a new item on the menu and it was great for dessert! I will be visiting again.

Went into la Madeline and picked up a jar of tomato basil soup and a jar of blackberry spread. When I got to the counter I also ordered two creme brûlée desserts. The employee rang up the order and I paid. I choose not to leave a tip for takeout counter service. My assumption here is that this decision affected the rest of the transaction. The employee boxed the desserts and dropped the box into a bag. Because he did not close the box, one dessert came out of the box and the other was upside down in the box. He made no attempt to bag the other two purchases so I handled that part myself. Again, I am assuming this was the result of me not leaving a tip for counter service and I could be wrong...
