so today I met a awesome young lady by the name of Courtney she was great I mean the best experience I ever had thank you so much!!!

not many options here. her avocado toast is vegan last I had it but it's an early piece only article. some of the salads can be made vegan like the cranberry and pecan salat. Overall impression when I go here is that vegan food is a afterthought

There was a small mistake in my order, but when I called, they were very apologetic. I returned the next day and the manager, Courtney, provided exceptional customer service. With over 20 years of experience in restaurant management, I highly recommend this place on La Madeline. I will definitely be back soon! View menu

I am disappointed that this location does not serve wine any longer. They had it until a few years ago and the staff does not have an answer as to why it has been discontinued. Who ever heard of a French restaurant not serving wine? They even have mimosos on the menu, but they are not available here. Disappointed!!

So we go in to order something to go. We’re waiting to place our order for about a minute and a half with no acknowledgment. So we walk over to the serving line and asked for assistance. The man behind the line says, “Not yet, I have other things to do first.” There was not one single customer in the store. It was about 2 hours before closing time. Needless to say, we walked out and pretty sure we will not be going back. Se la vie.

The food was okay, not spectacular in any way or fashion. For that reason alone I am upping from a 1 to 2 star.Other than that the service (around 5) is absolutely horrific in the front. Maybe worst than horrific. It was miserable every step of the way.Zero greet. Zero help. Zero everything. Guy and a girl talking ignoring everything and everyone. I left 5 dollars for the cook pretty much and I usually tip more at places.(Edit: after reading other reviews and seeing whomever is replying to the messages with a auto message I am changing it to a one star from a 2 star) View menu

Eh. I don't know what to say about this location. They really can't get it together. They lost me when a roach crawled across the bread box on the counter. I told someone and they looked and didn't even throw the bread away. I was a bit grossed out. While leaving, I checked out the food score. It was NOT the current score that is displayed on the county food score website. They kept the old one displaying since it was a higher score. This location is the only one I have ever had a bad experience at. They need some help here. Literally, they need workers. It's a mess.

I absolutely love the Sacher Torte at this restaurant - it is the best chocolate cake I have ever had. The combination of flavors is perfect and the cake is moist. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. I have to give it a 3-star rating because of the service. I understand that everyone has their struggles with training, but the service was lacking during my visit. When I ordered an American coffee, it was not up to par. I used to live in Houston and would frequently enjoy coffee and desserts at places like La Madeleine, so it was disappointing to see the service not meeting those standards.

Incredibly disappointed with my visit here today. Dirty. Empty dishes everywhere on the tables. The girl who took the order was friendly enough but I waited 10 mins to pay, even though there was nobody else there. Just no staff member turned up to takethe money. Eventually got a cappuccino which was poor at best. And ordered the expensive avocado toast which took 30 mins toarrive, was thrown on the table by a grumpy guy and when I asked about a knife and fork he said I had to go and get my own fromthe back. Worst of all the avocado toast was not just cold it was freezing. Must have been waiting to be sent out from thekitchen for 10 15 mins. I will never come here again. View menu
