"Definitely not a, gourmet , pizza joint, this offshoot of the La Val 's on Euclid, nonetheless makes really economical pizza that will fill you up on a budget! I ordered the small pizza for $9.99, and a diet Coke, which means you can get in and out of this place for 12 bucks which is a deal these days, and the pizza was passibly good, and while I wouldn 't brag on it, I 'd say that if you 're on a budget and you want to fill up quick for cheap this is a great spot. Owners are real nice too. Friendly people. This is your plan B pizza."

Ordered pizza late for dinner and did not disappoint. The owner was super nice on the phone and the pizza tasted great. Got the Desi pizza and will definitely be back for more!

A wonderful family-run pizza shop. I've enjoyed chatting with them over the years, and their pizzas are delicious! I especially enjoy the Indian-style pizzas, and my son says they have some of the best cheese pizzas in town.

Love La vals! Started going here when our other favorite local pizza spot fell off (ikyk) and can't believe we've been sleeping for so long. Decently priced pies, friendly owner, the Indian specialty pizzas are delicious and unique! What more can you ask for? Will be in our regular rotation 100 View menu

Laval's Pizza in Albany, CA is an absolute gem! I recently had the pleasure of trying their Paneer Pizza, and it was a delightful culinary experience. The paneer was perfectly cooked, with a wonderful blend of spices that made every bite a burst of flavor. The crust was just the right level of crispy and chewy, and the generous amount of cheese was a cheese lover's dream come true. Vegetarian options: paneer pizza

A humble family doing a great service. The Indian pizza is refreshingly different, and simply better than most other styles. I went for pizza last minute, and came away feeling nourished and cared for! Not usually what one expects from a pizza place. The owners are so open, caring, and personable. Good people doing good things, masterfully. You can’t go wrong. Try something new. Your gut, taste buds, and heart will all thank you.

"We had requested the rounded corner booth in the main dining room and arrived 20 minutes early, planning to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. But instead, we were seated at a booth right next to our preferred one. A couple finished their meal shortly after we sat down, well before our 6:30 reservation. We ordered a Beefeater gin and tonic and a very dry Beefeater martini. Both drinks had an unusual, perfume-like scent that was quite off-putting. My wife sent her drink back, and I decided to switch to a Bombay martini, but the same strange floral fragrance persisted. I regularly enjoy Beefeater and Bombay dry martinis and have never experienced this odd aftertaste before. For my main course, the Duck and Porcini confit ragu had hardly any duck in it. There were only a few shreds of duck meat hidden in the tagliatelle, but no substantial pieces. My wife’s Pesto and Shrimp dish arrived swimming in a broth. While this might be a traditional way to serve it, there was no mention of broth on the menu. She had expected the pesto to be coated on the pasta and oily, rather than soupy. As much as we have loved Capriccio over the past three decades, this experience was disappointing. We didn't even stay for dessert. We'll certainly return, but I hope to avoid writing another negative review. I usually don’t share my thoughts unless absolutely necessary, but I felt compelled to do so this time."
