"I 'm big on quality. Everyone is always friendly and the food is typically fresh and tastes good. Today, after many a lunch trip to this very location and they charge for sauce now? 16 cents for a sauce. A meal over $12 with 4 pieces of chicken is charges more for buffalo sauce because 'the sauce is for strips '. This is off-putting for me. Then the cashier attempted to keep my change, from a 16 cent purchase, paid with a quarter. she says thanks and walks away... She may be new. Maybe they charge for sauce now. There should be a sign at the menu, which I didn 't see or look for. anyway."

It’s closed. It looks like it’s been closed for a decade but not told anybody in Falmouth the bad news ?

The food was good and the service was good but this place is in desperate need of an upgrade. It's a bit run down.

Regardless of how busy it gets or what day of the week it is, the service is consistently fast and friendly, and the orders are always accurate. View menu

We ordered a two-piece dark meat meal and were almost finished with the thigh when we discovered it wasn't fully cooked. The drumstick could have used more cooking as well. I'm unsure if they are using a thermometer to check the chicken's doneness; it looks cooked but clearly isn't. I hope no one gets sick from this.

I can’t believe I found out yall discount food for cash transactions and up charge people who use credit or debt cards and not letting people know of that. Everyone customer should be treated the same. I’m reaching out to someone about that you can’t discount peoples food for cash and wanna charge people more for card transactions

We got a 20 piece fried chicken dinner to go. For the sides we had Potato wedges, green beans, Cole slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy. It also came with biscuits. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. We got the original fries chicken. The family ate just about everything maybe one piece of chicken out of 20 and a biscuit out of the 10. Customer service is big for me, and the team at this place treated us like family. Abby and Sofia were the two who we interacted with and their service and thoughtfulness to my toddler and me was really special.Food came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. They have a great Wednesday meal deal of 3 piece chicken with two sides and a biscuit for $6.99. Great deal! Great place! Great price!

From the moment I walked in, everything was fantastic. The guy at the counter welcomed me with such enthusiasm, and the woman in the back who prepared my meal also greeted me with a smile while warning me that my food was hot since it had just come out. The food was definitely fresh! I ordered the Monday special: three spicy tenders with wedges and coleslaw, along with a biscuit. The guy taking my order even grabbed my condiments while I was asking for them, ensuring nothing was forgotten. Everything was delicious!

"Let me start by saying the food, presentation and wait service has been good to excellent on our 1st and 2nd visits over the last two weeks. But we definitely need to address a totally unacceptable response to an issue we ran into last night. Just after our 1st visit on 12/30/22 we called to inquire about their Corkage Fee which was stated as $35. We then booked another res for 1/7/23 for us and another couple and bringing a nice 08 Cab to share with our guests. So the bill arrives with the ridiculous Corkage of $45 shown. I nicely asked our waiter to reduce the charge to $35 and advised my wife had specifically called in to check it just 2 weeks before AND at $45 we would have not brought our own wine as $35 was bad enough. So here comes in tandem the Ops Director Ms. Martin and Chef/Owner Mr. Moore to say bluntly its $45 and that 's it. They couldn 't have cared less my wife had called in and Mr. Moore blurted out here 's the deal, we make no money on people bringing their own wine . They stood glaring at us in a demeaning way like how dare you to have questioned our policies? We paid our bill and left. So here are my closing comments on BIS On Main. We have spent over $640 on our two visits in recent weeks. You could have easily said okay, we will adjust this time but please be aware of the increase in the future and all would have been fine. Secondly, Mr. Moore should reconsider his very inappropriate comment about not making any money . Are you serious! So as they say, It will be a cold day in hell........"
