"So we’ve been coming here for quite some time. It’s a nice Coney Island and the food is really good! But, yesterday was exceptional! My partner ordered a chicken fajita wrap and the waitress misheard him (it does get loud in there with all the guests) but, brought him a grilled chicken pita. My partner was nervous to return it cause we don’t like to do that. But the waitress (don’t know her name but she’s slender, blonde hair wears a few gold necklaces) was super cool and apologized and made it correct. On top of that when we were leaving she brought over a free dessert to go, which was really tasty! I’m posting because I should have posted awhile ago! We always have great service and the food, like I said Is really good! The chicken noodle soup is some of the best I’ve had, better than “fancier” restaurants! We will be coming here again and again!"

The woman who answered the phone was very rude. I was inquiring about gluten-free soup, and she claimed that I had already called (which I hadn’t) and insisted that I called just five minutes earlier, which was also not true. When I pointed out her rudeness and asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager and continued to be rude, so I decided to hang up. I believe that if you work in food service and expect to receive tips, you should be respectful and considerate when communicating with potential customers.
