"Usually, we get takeout about every other week. The last 3 times in a row were disasters. We ordered over the phone, and the woman is very rushed on taking your order. The first time they messed up, they just forgot the white rice. The second time, they put it in as a combo instead of a qt of chicken with broccoli, but this last time took the cake. Ordered 2 shrimp rolls, cheese wonton, qt of chicken with broccoli, and a beef with broccoli combo. Got there to pick it up, and it was in a box. Looked in and could see it was more that was ordered. There were 3 extra qts of chicken with broccoli. The lady said it was what we ordered and was told no, it was not. She went in the back and loudly flipped out in her language. Also was a full lobby waiting on their food. Came back out and took out the extra stuff, and then overcharged by one meal. It is one thing to have a bad day but 3 times to the same customer. We are done with this place."

The food is good but it use to be the best. After the change in ownership its seems the consideration for the food quality and consistency in flavor has taken a back seat to the need for income. With that said they are quick and they do listen when you see something or taste something off. They are not too big to happily correct it. I had an issue recently with the over use of some ingredients that was making the beef gravy turn to jelly and I haven't had that issue since so I hope soon to be able to leave a higher rating.

The food was average, but I believe that if a restaurant doesn't have great food, they should at least provide good service. I ordered a pork lo mein combo, and the woman who served me informed me it would cost $5 more than listed. When I asked why it said "pork lo mein" on the menu, she replied that if I wanted both chicken and pork, it would be an extra $5. I clarified that I only asked for pork lo mein, and she made a rude face and offered terrible service. I regretted leaving her a tip, and honestly, I cannot recommend this place.
