"The restaurant offers a buffet on weekdays, at least that's what the sign outside claims, from 11 AM to 2 PM. However, don’t expect to find pizza in the buffet; I realize that might be an unreasonable expectation for a pizza place. During lunch, I was shocked to find no pizza available from customer service. Honestly, I would prefer to clean the restrooms than engage with the rude staff member who seemed overwhelmed. She was slamming items around, swearing, and sighing even though the place was far from busy. I have no intention of returning. It’s important to be cautious about who you hire; while the food might be excellent (I can’t comment on the pizza), your customer service is in dire need of improvement. It feels like you only employ people from difficult backgrounds. Good luck, but poor employee choices may ultimately drive your business into the ground."

I called the Fostoria Little Ceasars 3 different times to run and no one responded to the phone... so I go there my order and they tell me that it didn't work phone so that I immediately called out my phone and the phone worked perfectly smh!!! We have ordered here 4 years and after the owner passed away the service went down hill but I had to tell ya the last 2 time we have ordered here our food was amazing last night our fold over was on point cheese and all hot and a good delivery time last week we ordered dinner and the cheese bread and all was great I don't know what has changed in the past few years but keep it up a happy customer

Placed a to go order was told it would be a half hour waited that time limit and went inside and was told if the order isn?t paid for they won?t make it till you do so waited close to a hour for a couple pizzas, the owner of the store was working and a employee asked her a question and the owner flipped out on her in front of customers. Will be a long time before we go back same owner runs the tiffin store and that location isnt any better View menu

Yesterday we were here because it was a bit quick. It took over 20 minutes to get my food when everything I ordered was hot and finished pizza and bread sticks. The two cars in front of me also got simple orders. There were two cars behind me that went because they took too long. I finally got onto the window and the lady was confused and asked if I had an online order and I said no I ordered by the drive thru and she said oh. Probably because someone else took my order. Must be more training in this place. Image shows when I ordered my food and my car shows you when I finally got it.

This is now the second time that I have made an online order and it will continue to be grounded. My first time was about a month ago, I ordered half and half something, and they were both over the entire pizza instead. (Not a big deal) . I also ordered before the time and appeared later when it was assumed to be done? not yet done when I appeared 15 minutes later. The second time is today, I ordered my dinner at 3:30 to be picked up at 4:45 knowing I won?t descend until 5 so they have plenty of time to get it done and even gave them additional 20 minutes because I had to wait last time.
