Little Nepal Indian Restaurant & Bar

I had very limited time in Springs and saw the mostly rave reviews on here so really wanted to try this place. I have never given a restaurant a bad review, but I need to forewarn other vegans to pass on this place and try the other vegan options in the area. Food was bland.

Not entirely vegan, but very vegan friendly. Brought us special vegan naan. Made us special chai using coconut milk. These were offered when we told them we were vegan. Our awesome waiter, Puran, took us to buffet to physically direct us to all vegan items. Wonderful food!!!

The food was the best Nepalese/Indian food I have ever had!!!!! It was so flavorful and delicious and the Thai Tea is absolutely amazing!!!! The service was awesome!!!!!!! Easily one of the worst Indian food places I've eaten. I try to be positive with my reviews but this one.....not happening. We ordered the Masala and a combination plate. All the chicken was bad in the combination plate. It looked like it had been reheated three time over multiple days. (Freshly cooked? Not a chance. The Masala meat was hard or chewy. I immediately had to spit it out and I began dry heaving. The food was absolutely inedible. After spending $113 it all ended up in the trash.

One of our favorite Indian spots in town. They also have lunch buffet which was good but I recommend trying their a la carte menu. I can't remember exactly what we got but we usually like getting the sampler which is a bit of everything: tandoori, curry, paneer etc. It serves at least 2 people and I feel like it's the best way to try a bunch of different things. The ambiance is quite nice too and the servers are great. Overall a great place and quite consistent in terms of taste and quality.

A friend recommended this place and I was pleasantly surprised. I honestly don't know much about Indian food and have only tried the basics. This time, I decided to explore outside of my comfort zone. Got momos and naan to share, and decided on the chicken bhuna as my entree. Everything was tasty and filling, and the portions were generous. The service was not very memorable, but the food was tasty. Got takeout here this week. Aside from the clearly marked menu and the basmati rice, there is not much going for this place. Not the worst takeout I've ever gotten, but definitely the worst Indian/Nepali food I've ever gotten. I got two curries and the veggie samosas and everything besides the rice was crazy over powered by spice and salt. I am no newbie to Indian food. I love it. But this place gave me probably the most overpowering overwhelmingly spiced curry I've ever eaten. I ordered a medium and my lips were on fire for 20 minutes after eating. I said that this is my husband's favorite Indian buffet, but it is actually Nepalese. They have their lunch buffet available seven days a week and it is my husband's favorite in town! We have been here several times and I'm not sure why I have not written a review. It is very good food and we love the buffet and being able to try so many different things. My husband's favorite dish is the chicken tikka masala. We both love the naan bread although he finds it slightly sweet. One of my favorites is the Saag Paneer, which is creamed spinach with paneer cooked in it. I had the lamb kebobs which were very tasty. The lamb was a little tough which should have called for sharp steak knives but I was able to cut with the butter knife presented. Everyone else ate from the buffet and seemed to enjoy what they got. All buffets suffer from presentation issues on the actual plate, my kebobs were certainly attractive. My dish comes with rice--a lot of rice! I'm not that familiar with Indian food, I was surprised that no sauce was presented for the rice but I mixed the sauce and juice from my plate.
