"First and foremost the atmosphere and service were perfect. The wrap served along with the plate were okay but nothing which made me feel like I need to go out my way to eat here! Was a little underwhelmed by the quality of proteins on their own, can be compared quite visually and tastefully to that of Subway. Plenty of vegetarian options, could see why very loved but unfortunately not just for me. Would not recommend.Edit: Yes, owner, the meats can be compared to Subway. That does make sense and it is my opinion. It's more unbelievable to hear the meats were grilled and smoked because what's going on back there in the kitchen? The meats felt like they could've been boiled, definitely not grilled. I do not have any photos because why would I want to keep pictures of something so unappetizing on my phone."

What a gem. This was a great find for a quick bite before going to a concert at The Old Rock House nearby.

Used their catering for our rehearsal dinner! Super easy to pick up and transport, everyone loved the food, and enough options to easily accommodate most dietary restrictions!

We are visiting from Ohio and found this spot, thankfully!! Food and people were amazing and a cute little patio but also plenty of indoor seating. We absolutely loved this place!!!! View menu

Lona's had good food and offered a more unique eating experience than your standard chain restaurants. It was worth going to but not good enough to make a special outing if not already in the area.

We ate at Lona's on a Friday night in April and enjoyed ourselves. The spicy eggplant was our favorite, but it all was delightful. The atmosphere was quirky but clean. The service was friendly and prompt.

The food is so great here. The customer service i got yesterday was amazing. Its always amazing. Never once has my order been sent back or corrected. Been coming here for years now. Someone grab my order instead of the one they ordered. Not sure who the 2 people where that came to my car and explained everything, and fixed it right away. Then i realized i messed up and they still fixed it. Those two wonderful people are amazing! View menu

I enjoyed my experience at Lona's! I have multiple food allergies/sensitivities, so I often feel uneasy eating out. The workers were patient about answering my questions about menu items and provided a positive eating experience. I ordered cold glass noodles, grilled chicken, and balsamic vinaigrette. It was delicious! I'm not a STL native but will eat here again next time I'm in town!Dietary restrictions: Caters to multiple food allergies. No corn used in products and other food allergens are noted on menu.

Having ordered the big Thai wrap, it was a fantastic collection of flavors and textures throughout. The chicken could be diced more than chopped, which lead to the wrap tearing, but that's isn't worth losing a star over as the flavors and overall taste were superb. I did take mine home and add some Sriracha mayo to add a creamy zest to each bite. I ordered the spicy noodle salad which was as described: spicy but not to the point of losing taste. Definitely recommend. The eggplant side left something to be desired.Lonas is a smaller establishment and with that comes limited seating in the restaurant. However they do provide many curbside pickup spots and allow carry out without issue.Parking:...

"Highlights: great boneless wings, house-cut fries and sweet tea. The shrimp is lightly breaded, lacking seasoning and not crispy. I feel that the shrimp poboy 6pc)$15 is overpriced for the quality and taste. I can spend less and get a much tastier shrimp poboy that comes with tomatoes and a hot side for a lower price elsewhere. ... It was our first time at Shuckers on a Friday night at 6:45pm. There are maybe 50 tables and probably 75% seated. Before we came we looked on their website for the menu. We walked in and were immediately seated by our server who served drinks right away. My partner's sweet tea $2.99) was excellent, not too sweet. I always order water but the water here had a bad aftertaste. We ordered Appetizers: boneless wings $6.99 6pc)and fried cheese sticks $7.99. The cheese sticks were not hot and gooey where the hot cheese stretches after you take a bite Try the best ones at Redline Diner). The boneless wings were great, perfectly crispy. I tried the shuck'n hot wing flavor which was mild to medium spicy and sweet, no vinegar taste. The ranch dip is house made but not as good as most house-made ranch. My entree was a shrimp poboy $14.99). There were 6 medium shrimp that were lightly breaded and not crispy, and not seasoned enough. It was topped with shredded lettuce and sweet tartar sauce not remoulade as stated in the menu). It would have been better with tomatoes. It came with kettle potato chips or sub fries for $2 more). My partner ordered the shrimp dinner $17.99 9pc medium) with side salad shredded lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion), 2 hushpuppies and house-cut fries that are not crispy but delicious. These shrimp were the same that were on my poboy and my partner agreed that they were disappointing. I feel that the shrimp poboy is way overpriced for the quality and taste of the food. I can spend less and get a much tastier shrimp poboy that comes with tomatoes and a hot side for a lower price Try Tricky Fish). We had a great server. We plan to come back to try the stuffed shells, fried zucchini and chili cheese fries, and the brunch menu on Saturday. We didn't have dessert but in addition to the desserts listed they also have regular and pumpkin cheesecake"
