"Took my wife's Daddy out for Father's Day, on Saturday evening instead of fighting the crowds on Sunday. Longhorn is their favorite place to eat, or in my opinion it, cause this is where we always end up taking them. So, about the food and the service. The service was excellent, and at 5:30, we didn't have to wait, so even better. I got the ribeye with a Caesar Salad and baked potato. It was tasty and cooked to order. My wife chose the salmon on rice with a sweet potato and a dide of Brussel Sprouts. Our only complaint is that the Sprouts weren't up to par with what we've come to expect from Longhorn Steakhouse. Still a great meal with family. Guess we'll do it again next year."

I love getting lobster here, it's so much better than Red Hummer! The manager here is really good, he's tired and controversial with someone who wanted to eat alone. This is a BONUS!

We came on a packed Saturday night.. We said it was a 20min waiting.... Guess what? I just waited 10 minutes... The server was fast for jogging so many tables... The mood was hot... The mixed green salad had loved cucumbers that... had no steak I had 10 ounces of salmon super delicious filling?

Thank you Elizabeth for wonderful service! You were awesome! If you haven?t tried already, their firecracker chicken snack wraps are a must. I ordered Flo?s filet with your typical mashed and broccoli. My husband ordered their steak with shrimp with a side of corn. We were not disappointed in the slightest.

The food was good and our server was great. Hostess not so much. We had a stroller with an infant and was sat in a high traffic area where someone kicked the stoller very hard. Servers walking by very quickly with hot food, drinks, knives etc. and didn't think about the alternative route which had more space and less patrons.

One of the best culinary experiences ever. Brianna was an excellent server. The food was amazing, from the appetizer to the salad, to the duck. The steaks were perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. The shrimps were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. The fireworks packages exceeded our expectations; not sure how chickens and cheese can be so good.

We had an awesome dinner at Longhorn tonight. We dined with out-of-town friends with kids. The dinner was excellent. But more so was the service. I don?t know our server?s name but she was outstanding as were the other staff. A very memorable dinner filled with fun and laughter that the staff really cultivated. Thank you for such an enjoyable evening! View menu

Kari and Lilly were our waitresses, and we had a large party. Lilky had a great attitude, and was nice. Kari did the best she could, and I believe she handled our service very professionally. The food could have been better. I've definitely had better experiences at other Longhorns. The rice was salty. The salad, sirloin and shrimp were delicious, though. Go easy on the salt next time.

"Has gone a little downhill overall the past few times we've been here. Have been coming to Shuck's since they opened a few years ago, came here often, and have always had a great experience for the most part with service, food and drinks. However, in the past one or two years, the food we usually order on a regular basis and love (chopped salad, for example) has definitely changed. They used to use big, meaty chunks of bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and romaine lettuce. Went there the other night, gave the chopped salad another try, but it was just as disappointing as the last few times: lettuce is a spring mix, no longer chopped romaine, with some kind of bitter lettuce in the mix. Bacon was like any other bacon you'd get anywhere else, nothing special. There was no choice of bleu cheese versus cheddar (or feta or whatever they used to offer). The cheddar seemed like it was the finely shredded kind from a bag. The croutons were very plain and would have been better to omit them altogether. I think they used to use homemade croutons in the past (at least they tasted like homemade). I believe they used to serve the chopped salad with thinly sliced red onion. This time, salad was served with lettuce in the middle and all the other ingredients (tomatoes, bacon, finely chopped white onion, cucumbers, shredded cheddar) surrounding the lettuce--then piled high in a very small bowl which spilled onto the table when you attempted to cut it or take a bite from a fork. For a side salad, it was very plentiful and great for the price. Wish they would go back to the way they used to make it--and serve in a bigger bowl, or better yet, on a plate. The crab cake appetizer is still pretty good, doesn't seem to have changed much from a few years ago. But again--served on a very small plate the size of a saucer. Maybe serve on at least a salad-size plate next time, or the kind of plate shown in the picture on the online menu. We got the cornbread starter but will not get again. Bread was dry, edges were burned. Waitress was wonderful (she always is; have had her before) but service very slow. It was a Saturday around 6:00, restaurant was pretty full as you'd expect for a Saturday. Maybe they were short staffed, but we waited a long time for our food. Decided to order cocktails because the food was taking so long, but it took another 15-20 minutes to get those after we ordered. Didn't order any of the other items we used to get on a regular basis that were never disappointing, like low country boil steam tray, tuna tartare or pimento cheese dip with pita, so not sure how these and other items fare these days. We love the atmosphere at Shuck's and will come back and try these favorites of ours again. Just disappointed that the chopped salads we so loved do not compare to what they used to be."
