I have been to Lu Nello several times and have always had good food and service. Courteous staff Well organized Must try the Scungilli salad Bread pudding is out of this world!! Good place for a business dinner and celebration Will go back for sure.

I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant before. When my baby began to cry, the waiter told me he was too busy to help and that I'd have to wait for the bill. I will never return here. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with children.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It had been quite some time since I'd had a truly great Italian dining experience. While the service could use some improvement—there were delays with small items like drinks, seasonings, and dessert—the quality of the food and the warmth of the staff more than compensated for these minor inconveniences. Terrible service. We counted 8 servers milling around our dining area, but we waited 25 mins to have our order taken. We finally had to ask to have our order taken and there were only 4 people in the dining area! We hoped the food would make up for the service but it was mediocre at best. Go elsewhere if you are looking for an elegant dining experience.

I have so many positive things to say about this restaurant and our meal. Every dish was expertly prepared, and we had plenty of leftovers to take home, even though that wasn't our intention. The menu is extensive, but I did notice that the wine selection was somewhat limited compared to the food offerings. Our server was outstanding. We will definitely be returning to dine here again.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary, and it was our first visit back since the pandemic. The recent renovations are stunning, creating a warm atmosphere with friendly service just like before. The food and service were exceptional. Given the current inflation, the prices are quite reasonable and comparable to other places. This is one of the most beautiful and classy restaurants in the area, and it has always been our favorite. I was truly impressed with the renovations at the bar. My friends, who have been regulars here for many years, joined me for dinner tonight, and we all found the encrusted pistachio salmon with Dijon mustard to be just as delicious as we remembered. Chef Lou is amazing! A big shout-out to the bartenders, Deana, Justine, and Laura, who made us feel so welcome and appreciated. We will definitely be back. The food and service were outstanding. By the way, I noticed "The New Guy" written on my check—what a nice touch!

The food is outta this world every time we go. It's never disappointing. This is one of our favorite restaurants! Although last night about 4xs 3 different people kept coming to our table trying to take our plates while we were still eating our dinner... Then we got the bill before I even had enough time to get my credit card outta my wallet the waiter was trying to take check. We really like this place a lot but last night we were extremely annoyed with the service. Other then that we both ate like pigs and had a good time!!!

I ordered the chicken martini, which was crispy and tasty, but the sauce on the side was quite minimal, and the portion felt more like a kids' meal. We were a group of seven, and aside from one dish, the portions felt small for an Italian restaurant, especially considering we had to pour sauce over our meals, which was a first for me, though I could adapt to that. My partner, however, truly hit the jackpot with the veal valdostana, which was perfect in every way, even featuring a little bone in the fold.
