"The service from the waitress was disappointing. Out of three breakfast dishes, only two were decent, but none were impressive enough to warrant a return visit. I ordered a roll that never arrived. One person in our group asked for an omelette with extra cheese, but it came without any. When it was sent back, they just sprinkled a little cheese on top and overcooked it in the microwave, resulting in a poor dish. The hashbrowns were stale, rubbery, and barely warm across all three plates. We didn't receive any water refills, and I had to get up to ask for peanut butter myself. The waitress never reappeared after serving our meals. I also had to go get a to-go container for my mom's omelette, which was the only good item. When I mentioned these issues to the hostess while paying, there was no resolution or discount offered, and she seemed indifferent. When I spoke to the manager, her response was even less caring. I can't help but think that the owner would be appalled by our experience. Honestly, you could likely find a better meal in the dumpster behind Village Inn."
