"Jason was our server and he was superb. However, the server assistance was non existent. We were never offered refills of water or bread and the dishes stacked up on the end of the table (a very small table for two) until the manager came and removed them. And he came by because I needed to inform someone that my husbands steak was grossly over cooked. He fixed that but the crab he also ordered was cold. He would not let me return it because he was aggravated and hungry. It was our anniversary and we always choose Maloneâs for our celebration because the food and service are usually exemplary. Last night fell far short of our expectations and the manager tried to fix it by comping our meal. This was not our intention and while we appreciate the gesture our evening was spoiled. We usually go to the Maloneâs in Palomar and maybe we should have last night. I think in the future we may choose somewhere else to celebrate; our time and money are too important to worry about a bad experience."

Service was poor. Cocktail preparation time seemed interminable. We had to ask the hostess to get our waiter to order more food. We will never agree to be seated in the bar area booths. It seemed like Siberia-no humans.

Incredible!! We treated our kids to a special dinner because of their great grades. We all were so impressed with the quality of our food. We almost ate every bite, just took a small box home with leftovers. Was delicious and our service was incredible. Our server was so nice helpful.
