"After customers who arrived after us were served and left, an employee informed us that our order had not been placed by our waitress. The waitress then claimed that the kitchen was backed up, which was untrue as we saw other tables being served. The owner avoided us and did not address the issue, only offering a $3.00 discount for their mistake. This is the second and final negative experience I have had at this restaurant. I try to support local businesses, but waiting over an hour and being lied to is not acceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"It’s been at least 2 1/2 years since I’ve been to the Harvest and as usual my meal was great. I ordered the Peruvian Chicken. The chicken and vegetables were perfectly cooked. It was tender, juicy, and well but not over the top seasoned. The restaurant is small (146 occupancy) dark wood and brick decor. They had a live singer. There is also a bar. My desert was delicious and served in a double size shot glass. Most of all the menu is not only seasonal it also has something for everyone (vegan, vegetarian, meat eaters)! I recommend this restaurant. The staff I encountered were accommodating and apologetic because we had a lil wait. The waitress was knowledgeable and checked on us in a timely fashion."

"We reserved the party room for my 2 year old’s birthday party and we were so happy with how everything turned out! Our server, Kat was awesome, and the managers that helped me put the menu together were great as well! They were super easy to work with and everyone really enjoyed the food! The kids had a great time with the make your own pizza kits and it kept them entertained! Would absolutely recommend the private party room for your next event!"

"I like this place its cheap and there's never any issues I get tons of eggrolls and keep em in the frige for the kids to snack on over the weekend. (Thier eggrolls are gooooood). Also I love thier Chinese pizza or scallion pancakes as some call them and thier veggie chop suey w rice is? the ppl are nice too many Chinese places around here have very rude ppl when you order they even hang up on you or yell at you (wich I usually laugh about honestly it dnt bother me.....still I can see other ppl finding it to be a bit rude) but this place has very nice ppl in it always takes your order calmly and without yelling lmao. Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options. I usually don't get meat plates at Chinese food places because it looks like mystery mean however thos places meat LOOKS LIKE IT SHLD LOOK lol no mystery chicken. Kid-friendliness: Lots of stuff picky kids can eat"

"I'm really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I often go there for takeout and occasionally dine in, but today was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. We found a live bug in our sushi, and the way the staff handled the situation was incredibly upsetting. When we reported the issue and showed the employee that the bug was still moving, all we received was a casual "I'm sorry." There was no sense of urgency or concern about having a live bug on our plate, which is shocking. It felt like they treated this serious issue as if it were completely normal. This really turned me off and left me frustrated, especially since nothing was done to make the situation right for the customer. To top it off, we still ended up paying for the entire bill, including the sushi with the bug. I'm really hoping we weren't charged for something we absolutely did not order. Incidents like this should never happen, and if they do, they should be addressed in a professional manner that ensures the customer feels valued and taken care of."
