"We visited Mattenga's for the first time tonight and were highly impressed. We ordered a half and half pizza, with Margherita and Santa Fe on one side and a pepperoni and black olive pizza for our 3-year-old. We also ordered a large Greek salad to share. The food arrived quickly, and our daughter loved her slice of pizza, eating every bit including the crust. The salad was fresh and perfectly sized for sharing. The Margherita pizza was the best we've ever had, and the Santa Fe was also delicious. We have found our new favorite pizza spot at Mattenga's!"

Yall I just moved back in this area after moving to alamo ranch. Holy cow, this is the best pizza I have ever had. I will NEVER order from another place again. I love various types of pizza but the sauce and crust just taste so fresh. IT always is delivered so hot.

I highly recommend trying the pepperoni and hatch chili pizza - it's amazing! In fact, every pizza, salad, and garlic bread I've tried here has been fantastic. My daughter regularly orders delivery from this restaurant, sometimes multiple times a week. There is plenty of parking available in front of the restaurant.

Got home from a long work weekend and didn't want to cook. We much prefer to support Small Businesses and this was much easier than I was expecting. I'm so glad we finally tried this place! It's in a nondescript strip mall by a gas station, so I'd been hesitating to try the pizza for the price. That's what I get for judging a book by its cover the price point was excellent for the flavor, quality, and ingredients. Easily some of the best pizza I've had in San Antonio we'll be regulars! The delivery driver was very friendly and deserved the tip!

Just wanted to share that Mattengas is the best! I accidentally hit Pick Up instead of Delivery tonight when ordering online. In spite of my mistake, Michelle called and so kind to and said they are making us a fresh pizza and delivering it. I'm sure they are busy tonight as it's Halloween so this is so much appreciated.
