"We prefer to sit in the lounge, where we can enjoy live music, and we sometimes step outside to catch some fresh air or watch the nightly fireworks. While children are welcome, I wouldn’t recommend bringing them. This venue is truly great for adults. I have kids, and I usually leave them at home when I visit this fantastic top-floor restaurant in the Four Seasons. It’s also an excellent spot for a romantic date night! Consider booking a room, enjoying dinner at Capa, and relaxing by the adult pool without the kids!"

"Rosa Mexicano at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort (Marriott) provided an exceptional dining experience for our 32nd anniversary celebration. The hostess, Giordan, quickly noticed our special occasion and warmly congratulated us, adding a personal touch. Our server, James Quinn, offered excellent recommendations, especially their renowned Pomegranate Margarita—which truly lives up to its reputation. We enjoyed a delightful selection from the menu, including Baja Fish Tacos, Mexican Fried Rice, and Salmon Ceviche. The complimentary fresh salsa and chips were also fantastic. I tried the pomegranate iced tea, which was so flavorful I didn’t need to add any sugar. The entire staff, especially Quinn, was cheerful and personable throughout our meal. For dessert, we indulged in churros served with Mexican chocolate and red raspberry sauces for dipping, as well as the Key Lime Margarita Tart topped with a generous mountain of whipped cream. The outstanding service impressed us so much that we left a 40% tip! Highly recommend Rosa Mexicano for its delicious food, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere. "The decor of the restaurant feels like a cafeteria. It did not feel like we were at a high end restaurant. The iPads for the drinks made it feel even less refined. The food was average at best and the service was not great. We ordered a specific wine and the sommelier came back asking which of the two flavors we wanted— didn’t mention the $30 per glass difference in her description. This was not the refined experience of a nearly $400 meal for two people."

"On holiday from the UK and seen people sitting on this balcony in vlogs, so we thought we need to do this. Booked and requested outside seating on balcony, and it was perfect. Lovely meat charcuterie board and the best Mac n Cheese bites in WDW. Nice glass of fizz, listening to surrounding bands but far enough away that it was just lovely. Maybe one day we’ll get back here. Our server Allie was amazing! She new every wine and their region off by heart, and explained to use what each meat and cracker was. Reasonable priced for being in Disney Springs. Thanks again for a lovely night."

"I enjoy The Boathouse, the food here is usually pretty good, but today the service was just abysmal. First off, usually on a quiet day, you can just walk up and usually be seated relatively quickly. But not today, the line just to talk to someone, RESERVATION OR NOT was about 15-20 minutes, with a line out of the door. This line alone should have been a sign to cut my losses and just leave, but instead I persisted giving The Boathouse the benefit of the doubt. I waited and waited some more, just to be told at the front desk that my 1 PM reservation was not ready yet and that they were still trying to seat people with 12:15/12:30 reservations. NOTE: I didn 't get to the desk until around 1:20/1:30 PM, so already about an hour behind. I was told that I will get a text when my table would be ready, I was fed up with waiting so I left. What 's the point in having a reservation if one, I have to wait in a line with people who don 't have a reservation and two have to wait even longer for my table to be ready well after my reservation time? It very much defeats the purpose of having a reservation, especially with the Disney app that can let you at some restaurants check in without having to talk to someone? On top of this, why was there no communication from the restaurant beforehand or while I was waiting in a long line to let me know hey we 're not going to be able to seat you at the time that we promised . All of this to say, Disney gets very busy, there are some issues from both a communication and operations standpoint that should definitely be looked at. All that had to be done to make today a little bit better was literally someone from the restaurant coming out and saying something along the lines If you don 't have a reservation, your estimated wait time will probably be around x hours AND OR If you have a reservation, we might not get to you at your reservation time just simple things to show that you care about your guest 's time. Maybe consider relying more on the app or having a separate area for those with reservations or without? Either way, super disappointed and it 's not fair to the frontline staff that were not being treated nicely by those who were understandably upset, that should be dealt with by management."
