"I ordered eight sausage biscuits and a small coffee and spent a total of 45 minutes there. I went through the drive-thru, but they asked me to pull up. After sitting there for about 20 minutes, I decided to back up to the window to at least get cream and sugar for my coffee, but they still didn’t provide it. So, I went to the other window to voice my complaint, and the staff member had an attitude. She went to get the cream and sugar but forgot the sugar. I was asked to pull up again after that. I also didn’t receive enough napkins and only got a couple of packets of jelly. The food was cold and hard. This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had, and I’m very disappointed."

I waited over 30 minutes for my mobile order and received cold fries. I regret going inside since the drive-thru line was so long that I couldn't reach the curbside pickup. To make matters worse, someone was walking around the store barefoot, which I found unappetizing, but the staff appeared indifferent. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 and the service a 1. For a lunch meal, it cost around $10 to $20.

The wait for our order was excessive, and when it finally arrived, items were missing and some were incorrect. We specifically ordered plain burgers, but they were loaded with toppings instead. We requested a large fries, yet received two medium fries instead. And when I asked for a Coke, I expected Coke, not Dr. Pepper or whatever they served.
