"sending out cold food is normal for them. not only that but theyre always in such big hurry to get orders out but never make sure you get all the food you pay for then lie and say they did send it so they wont be docked money . if theres a mcdonalds closer to where you live id go there instead. they never change their oil and the french fries are always gross so are the nuggets and the hashbrowns, idk why this mcdonalds always pops up when theres literally a mcdonalds closer to where i live so instead of spending double the money i save money and go to the mcdonalds closer to me cuz they actually change their cooking oil and the hashbrowns are always on point and not gross dark and soggy like this mcdonalds."

I'm not sure what others are referring to, but every time I visit, my food is hot, my order is accurate, and the staff is always friendly. McDonald's really knows how to make a great burger!

I just had a fantastic experience at this McDonald's. My order was quite simple, so there wasn't much that could go wrong. However, what really impressed me was the outstanding customer service from Sam while he took my order and processed my payment. They say it's tough to find good help these days, but this location is a remarkable exception!

The cleanliness and quality are spot on; however, the service was still a bit slow (to be fair, they had me wait for my order, but as soon as I parked, an employee brought it out to me). McDonald's remains true to its identity, but I must say they're making strides in the right direction. I visited the drive-thru and received outstanding service. While I don't typically choose value meals, their signature menu features some truly remarkable sandwiches, and the Double Quarter Pounders are simply fantastic. I also sampled a few breakfast items around midday, and they were served hot and tasted delicious—plus, the hash browns are now larger. I have no complaints whatsoever. I even came up with my own creation: a Double Quarter Pounder with a hash brown pressed between the patties, topped off with barbecue sauce. It's absolutely delicious!
