"If I could give this restaurant negative stars I would. The quality, service and management of this location has hit an all-time low. Employees performing food prep and serving food at the drive-through window were not wearing masks or gloves. We are in the midst of a pandemic. I've worked in kitchens. It gets hot. I get it. But the health and safety of the customers, during a pandemic, must come first. A sign on the window says that all customers must wear masks. Why would the employees preparing food be exempt? Our order was missing a food item and we were forced to go back through a second time. Staff inside the restaurant appeared disorganized and unprofessional. Communication was very poor. Drive-thru window was left open for a very long period of time and no one was visible inside the restaurant. We observed the drive through attendant handling food items without a mask or gloves at any time. Two workers were having a conversation over top of our food order--they were trying to figure out how they missed one of the three meal items in our order. At the same time, another worker was observed retrieving cigarettes from behind the counter. How can that be a priority when the drive-thru was so busy? The Quarter Pounder burger we received was not fully cooked. The patty was still very pink and cold on the inside. My 12 year old son spit it out after one bite. We used to visit this location occasionally. We won't be going back. Considering a call to the local health department. Strongly suggest a random employee drug test, and some basic food safety training and protocols for preventing the spread of COVID. Corporate should revoke their franchise license. Photos of the under-cooked product are attached... no way this is safe for consumption."

One of the worst McDonalds. Closes over an hour early on Friday. Food is usually cold every day. The only good is the attitude of people. Do not recommend this location.

Ordered a bundle box in the drive through. Cold single-burger in a McDouble that looked like a two year old assembled it. Mustard and ketchup all over the outside of the roll. View menu

This place is horrible at night. The guy that prepared the food looks like he crawled out of a garage can. Simple orders are always wrong. Stear clear of this place. I know I'm never returning.

Employees were awesome in the back drive thru window with great customer service. Food was fresh, but I did ask for a Big Mac with extra sauce and it was a little dry ????, but fresh so they still did great all in all. Very clean environment and the foodwas served quick????????????

My freshly made filet of fish sandwich was hot but dark and dry. The nuggets buy one 10 count get 1 for 1 cent were not hot and they were dry and hard. I wish I could get my money back the food here was awful. The bathroom had only one working stall. 3unmasked employees talked over my container of fries. I won't return. View menu

The man behind the counter really knows how to run things! The customer service here was exceptional. Having previously managed a McDonald’s, I tend to be quite critical of the brand. However, this McDonald's provided a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in to when I left. The food was fresh and delicious. I would absolutely recommend it 100%!

I really enjoy this place! There are two things that stand out to me: it's quiet and spacious. The coffee is fantastic, and the sandwiches are thoughtfully made—not just slopped together, with mayo all over the wrapper and half the burger hanging off like at other fast-food joints. It's not very close to my apartment, but whenever I'm in Emmaus, it's a nice stop to make.
