My least favorite location although employees are really nice. This location just seems to follow different policies than other McDonald’s and it is EXTREMELY annoying .

This McDonald's in Cleveland is generally considered the best, especially when Roxanne is working. She ensures that the place is always clean. While most of the employees are friendly, there are a few who are not, particularly a short older guy who lacks patience.

The staff at this McDonald's were the best I've ever encountered. Congratulations to them. They offer vegetarian options and are vegan-friendly. The university has plenty of parking available. The restaurant is kid-friendly and offers perfect Happy Meals. Wheelchair accessibility is great, with all the necessary perks and compassion for those who deserve it.

Don’t bother trying to get a frappe at this location. If it’s a weekend or an off hour they claim that they don’t have frappe because they don’t feel like making them. This staff is one of the most rude and lazy group of people I’ve ever met in my life. I worked for McDonald’s for many years and I’m very embarrassed that this location represents the brand so poorly. View menu

This little short white manager is the nastiest human being on the face of the planet. She’s absolutely disgusting with her attitude and usually I never referred to someone else their color but there’s no better way to explain her Because I want to be clear and concise on who exactly every time I step in the store has the worst energy. I actually stopped coming to this location because of this very reason someone needs to check her

I would give this restaurant less than one star if I could. My experience was terrible. We were from out of town and stopped for a quick meal. Our orders were completely mixed up - we received someone else's order and got apple slices instead of fries in our Happy Meal. The service was extremely slow, despite there being few customers. It seemed like the staff was not attentive and possibly under the influence of drugs. We will never return to this restaurant, even if we are passing through.

My experience was horrible..Food was cold. I asked for hot fries they tasted as if they had taken some old fries and put them back into the hot grease. The young lady at the window attitude was very dry and nonchalant,The manager was in the background being very rude.I guess they think that you can’t hear them just because you can’t see them. Well I heard him. I normally never go to Mc Donald’s but my son asked for it because I always tell him no, his treat was ruined by the experience. I will not be back or go to another, McDonald’s will never be the same.This is one of the reasons I stopped going to fast food restaurants on top of unhealthy foods. View menu
