Stick with donuts and water. Boba??? No thank you. I had a donut and was good and flavorful. Boba drink, not so good. The boba balls were hard. Some soft. Just not for me. I will just come for the donuts.

Amazing donuts, quality of ingredients is far higher than expected for a hole in the wall. The mochi donuts here are far superior to any I’ve ever had ? just take a look at the pictures, the glaze on the black sesame is immaculate ??
