"I've visited this restaurant multiple times in hopes of having a better experience, but I've consistently been let down. I ordered takeout today, and unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The portions are smaller than what I've seen at other Colombian restaurants, yet they charge higher prices. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired; the meat I had was quite tasteless, and the chimichurri sauce lacked any real flavor. The salad was wilted and brown, wrapped in aluminum foil, and the dressing was also bland. The atmosphere doesn't evoke the feeling of Colombian culture; it honestly feels more like a standard cafeteria. I'm really hoping that new owners can bring some positive changes to this place."

The guy was really nice. Not busy at all, it’s a small restaurant, and had easy parking. It was at the end of the plaza. The pollo apanado with fries was great for lunch. So delicious.

Worst bandeja paisa ever! The rice and the beans had absolutely no flavor. You ever tasted beans cooked in water and pumpkin purée only? The steak was a sample of a piece and paper thin. Such an embarrassment to carry Medellin as the name. NEVER AGAIN!

They are very nice people, but I like to pay for a good meal. Also, they took 30 mins to bring pan de Bonos. The flavor of the empanadas were not very good. And the arepas are super small. The portions for the meals are very small and the coffee was cold.

I decided to visit this restaurant after another place forgot to include rice in my order. Since I work nearby in the Plaza, it was just a short walk. When I arrived, the owner was very understanding and reassured me by saying, “Don’t worry about it; we all make mistakes.” He even offered me the rice for free! After that experience, I’m convinced I’ll be coming back to this restaurant regularly. The rice was absolutely perfect. The takeaway here is that exceptional customer service and high-quality food really make a difference.
